Creative HQ was looking for a new General Manager - Marketing & Engagement. They wanted to manage the process internally but wanted support from a technical marketing perspective to help them with CV Screening, Shortlisting Candidates, Candidate Assignment Reviews and Feedback and Interviewing. We worked closely with the team, working side by side to support them with these areas and provide expertise and insights from a technical marketing perspective.

Primary ITO is a government organization that's core role is to work closely with primary industries across New Zealand to grow the capabilities of their people through training and development. The creative services team needed to find a new MultiMedia designer, after hiring a new recruit who was based in another city, they were going to be left with a 6 week window of no cover and no handover from the existing designer. Through our network of designers, we were able to find a design contractor that was a good technical and cultural fit who could start within the week. This ensured there was a good handover from the departing designer and cover for the team until their new recruit had jpined the team.
