Studio Manager
Overview

Our client is looking for a Junior Studio Manager to join their people-centred team. They have a global reach with an office in New York but are proudly located right here in Wellington! The company really cares about the their employees and are looking for someone who is inspired by creativity, eager to learn, and wanting to have fun while doing it.

Responsibilities
  • General office Administration and Management of the Office
  • General business operations
  • Assist with project bidding, proposals, scheduling and management of internal and external resources as well as any other production administration tasks
  • Manage projects allocated to you within budget and delivery parameters
  • Manage social media marketing, newsletters, events and workshops

Profile
  • Design / Visual Communication Qualification or similar
  • Experience in similar role at an Animation / Creative Studio or Advertising Agency
  • Marketing and Social Media Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Great time management skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work flexible and extended hours as needed
