• Lead marketing for releases, this includes developing the marketing plan, budget, and strategy for the campaign and then executing it with agencies.
• Devise, research and implement innovative, effective and optimised marketing, content strategies, predominantly online and via social media.
• Drive social media growth for all artists and owned platforms through increased engagement, activity, and relevant content posts.
• Build and manage artists and owned audiences by increasing data capture across all mediums.
• Work closely with Marketing and Digital team members to contribute to the design and creation of the artist's digital assets, including photo and video content and ensuring timely and optimised release management.
• Identify viral, digital, word-of-mouth marketing opportunities with the goal of driving traffic, fan acquisition, and creating brand awareness for artist releases.
• Quantify the success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid media campaigns, eCommerce efforts, social engagement, and partnerships via various analytics tools.
• Discover new sites and outlets to promote artists and maintain relationships with key sites and partners.
• Measure and analyse overall campaign performance and provide insights and key learnings to other departments.
