Overview

As Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business development with new clients, looking after an existing client base and sourcing new candidates. Your friendly and professional work personality will ensure we deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients and candidates.

 

The role is very flexible and will be what you make it – it is suited to someone who is keen to move out of the bigger firms and join a company with faster paths to leadership and growth opportunities and better work life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Look after existing client relationships
  • Drive BD to grow client base
  • Headhunting
  • Candidate Screening  
  • Coordinate Interviews
  • Support client/candidate through the negotiation process 
  • Conduct reference checks when required 
  • Management of Recruitment Resourcer to support you
Profile
  • 5+ years experience in recruitment 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and driven to drive results
  • Great attention to detail
  • Be a people person, reliable, ambitious and confident.
