Recruitment Resourcer
Overview

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support Consultants by sourcing new candidates and support existing candidates throughout the job application process. Your friendly and professional work personality will ensure we deliver an exceptional level of service to all of our amazing candidates!  For this role you will have great attention to detail, be a people person, reliable and dependable, ambitious and confident.

Responsibilities
  • Writing and posting adverts onto website and job posting sites
  • Headhunting
  • Candidate Screening  
  • Coordinate Internal and External Interviews
  • Registration process and compliance to facilitate a quick turnaround for our clients
  • Building and maintaining great relationships
  • Reception duties including answering phones, managing queries and customer service
  • Maintenance of database system
  • Provide support to team members where needed
  • Conduct reference checks and adhoc admin

Profile
  • At least 18 months experience as a candidate manager
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Have excellent administration skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Be a people person, reliable and dependable, ambitious and confident.
