Performance Marketing Manager
Overview

This is a Global Performance Marketing Manager role within the esports industry. The company is looking for someone with experience in analytics and setting up, optimising, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a wide range of digital campaigns, including web, social, mobile, email, and media
  • Establish an “always on” optimisation and management process for all digital advertising campaigns
  • Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, keyword research, and conversion optimisation
  • Analyse campaign data and collaborate with the team to ensure that future campaigns are designed with the past learnings and insights in mind
  • Collaborate with ONE marketing and content teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
  • Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes

Profile
  • 3 years of Google Ads account management experience required
  • 2 years of Digital Agency experience required
  • Google Ads Certification required
  • Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Retargeting/ Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media
  • Have a passion for video games and esports
  • Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
  • Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently

Fully remote (company based in Singapore)
