Performance Marketing Manager
Overview
This is a Global Performance Marketing Manager role within the esports industry. The company is looking for someone with experience in analytics and setting up, optimising, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a wide range of digital campaigns, including web, social, mobile, email, and media
- Establish an “always on” optimisation and management process for all digital advertising campaigns
- Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, keyword research, and conversion optimisation
- Analyse campaign data and collaborate with the team to ensure that future campaigns are designed with the past learnings and insights in mind
- Collaborate with ONE marketing and content teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
Profile
- 3 years of Google Ads account management experience required
- 2 years of Digital Agency experience required
- Google Ads Certification required
- Google Analytics experience a plus
- Knowledge of Retargeting/ Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
- Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media
- Have a passion for video games and esports
- Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
- Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
