Performance Marketing Lead

Overview

A fun opportunity to become the Performance Marketing Lead for an award-winning NZ consumer goods company that’s growing globally at pace. Known for their high calibre marketing team and epic culture and staff parties, our Client is looking for a driven individual experienced in the digital marketing space that can lead their Paid Advertising team on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and define digital strategy, objectives and KPIs to achieve business goals
  • Execute data-driven campaigns that directly deliver business/brand goals. 
  • Own budgets, maximise campaign ROI and recommend optimisations across ten brands and markets
  • Collaborate with the PPC team to lead JBP with Google. 
  • Create a new Retail PPC team that manages retail media across national and international brands
  • Setting and outperforming KPI’s regularly

Profile
  • 3-5 years experience in Paid and or PPC 
  • Comprehensive understanding of programmatic & auction-style media buying
  • Experience in Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience in Google Ads (predominantly YouTube)
  • Ability to upskill and apply knowledge to new upcoming social channels
  • Analytically minded, can build a team to deliver ROI
