Overview

They are looking for a talented and digitally savvy Marketing Manager who is not afraid of a challenge; someone who will help them pave through the market and drive growth. Your innovative and creative marketing tactics, strategies and ideas will give them a competing edge and help them become a driving force in their niche in the finance industry.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership team to write marketing strategy
  • Manage campaigns and lead nurturing via Salesforce CRM -
  • - including end-to-end campaign development, trigger-based nurture and engagement programs with webhooks or similar integrations, and use of dynamic content across multiple languages and hundreds of data points.
  • Manage brand's multi-channel social media presence with platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc
  • Experience setting up, managing, and optimising multiple simultaneous client acquisition, remarketing, and retention campaigns in a portfolio of advertising platforms including AdWords, Bing, Gemini, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, AdRoll, and so on with a budget exceeding $1M p.a.
  • Use Google products including AdWords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Attribution, Optimize, YouTube, and Search Console to optimize and drive results
  • Proven experience tracking, optimising, and reporting via on-site analytics platforms including HotJar, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, Google Optimize, Optimizelly, to improve customer experience and increase conversions rates, readership and core website metrics.
  • Experience with general website portfolio management and maintenance, including SEO optimization
Profile


  • 7-10+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
  • Experience building and managing a team encompassing all areas of marketing, content creation, design, and advertising.
  • Experience working on a marketing calendar covering seasonal campaigns, regular product and brand updates, and ad hoc market events.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget
  • An eagerness to test and innovate with new digital marketing tools and innovations to obtain a competitive edge in client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong organisational aptitude and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
  • A passion for foreign exchange, derivatives trading, investing, or the financial markets
