Marketing Manager
Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic, innovative and energetic person who loves all things marketing and digital. You’ll be joining an exciting NZ company that is responsible for several in-house and international B2C brands. You’ll have the opportunity to use your marketing expertise and understanding of eCommerce in a real hands-on way. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, content strategies, have full ownership of our social media accounts, plan our brand events and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing and content strategy and execution plan
  • Develop engaging and on-brand messaging for EDMs, blogs, social, product descriptions and digital advertising
  • Liaising with brand ambassadors/influencers
  • Plan, develop and execute branded events, campaign photoshoots, experiential opportunities and grassroots activations
  • Implement customer-centric marketing initiatives 
  • Build relationships with key retail partners
  • Develop lead generation, marketing automation and segmented EDM campaigns
Profile
  • Formal tertiary qualification in marketing
  • A proven capability in digital marketing strategy development and execution. 
  • Experience with SEO and organic digital marketing tactics
  • Experience in PPC campaigns across search and social 
  • Experience in email marketing 
  • Experience in eCommerce and utilisation of social media platforms to grow a following and create product demand 
  • Experience in adobe / canva preferred 
  • Playful writing tone, be up-to-date with social and trends and have a great sense of humour
  • Comfortable working autonomously and just getting stuff done. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
