Marketing & Communications Manager
Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic, creative and enthusiastic person to take ownership of their national marketing to help them achieve their growth targets. You will manage the marketing function, drawing insight from existing activities, particularly digital, be well versed in online lead generation and be able to develop new activities and innovative ideas into the market.

Responsibilities
  • Overall development and delivery of the marketing strategy
  • Ownership of the marketing budget
  • Measuring ROI and tracking marketing activity
  • Managing digital agency
  • Be able to create and execute internal lead generation activity
  • Communications and PR
  • Supporting the business in a key leadership role
  • Stakeholder engagemnet across the business at national and regional level

Profile
  • Several years' experience implementing a successful marketing strategy
  • Ideally 5 years' experience in a hands on Marketing Manager position
  • A track record in developing and executing lead generation activity internally
  • A strong understanding of digital channels and data driven online marketing
  • The ability to further develop our brand
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
