Overview

Exciting opportunity to join one of NZ's most exciting global brands as their Head of Digital. Leading a team of 8 direct reports, you'll be responsible for growing and managing our their global online business which includes managing our websites, mobile sites and applications, marketplace sites and performance-marketing and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the execution of their digital business strategy to ensure optimal use of online channels to achieve company strategic aims
  • Translate the strategy into a program of work that covers development & operational activities that deliver measurable & meaningful impact and oversee all aspects of its implementation
  • Manage online operations ensuring that KPI’s are met
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the digital by developing their capabilities
  • Be the subject matter expert/business lead for major digital development projects
  • Maintain online expenditure within budgeted limits, and provide timely and insightful reporting

Profile
  • 10+ years digital experience
  • Experience in creating digital strategy which spans across entire digital eco-system
  • Deep technical understanding of digital landscape across websites, marketplaces and PPC and organic campaign channels
  • Proven results in generating revenue through ecommerce and other digital channels
  • Experience in leading and developing digital teams
  • Proactive, inspiring leader
  • Preferred experience with B2C digital marketing with a global scope
