Great senior level opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s most popular online brands as their Head of Design. Our client is looking for an aspirational, driven and experienced designer to lead their design team and collaboratively build on the success of this loved kiwi brand.

• Report to the Marketing & Trade Director
• Lead team of 6+ designers including graphic designers and UX/UI specialist
• Cultivate briefs and release creative assets 
• Project management 
• Work on a variety of online and offline design forms
• Use Adobe CC applications - Predominantly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. 
• Experience and understanding of the role design plays in driving digital conversion 
• Collaborate across multiple teams (marketing, sales, IT, business development & data warehousing teams)

• 5+ years of design software experience with Adobe products 
• Experience leading a team in Retail/E-Commerce or omnichannel
• Analytical and quantitative skills 
• Experience with data-based decision-making  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
• Dynamic and hardworking
