Our client is a fast-growing kiwi beauty tech brand, looking for a digital marketer to help grow its global presence by scouting new social media partnerships and managing their campaigns.
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new, relevant, and prominent social media influencers per the monthly targets and budgets.
Project manage paid influencer campaigns via a direct partnership or through third-party platforms
Manage strategy briefing and content creation approvals.
Negotiate mutually beneficial contract terms with influencers and thought leaders.
Manage, achieve and report on influencer sales & marketing ROIs
Improve engagement strategies, current relationships, and ROI achievements.
Identify areas for improvement with the social media sales & marketing channels
Profile
1-3yrs experience in dynamic business development, sales, or phone/email-based sales/marketing.
Experience with CRM systems
Experience in campaign management.
A good understanding of social media sales, marketing, and eCommerce.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with social media channels.
Be detail-oriented and have outstanding time management and multitasking skills.
